How to keep cool this summer

Trouble concentrating when it’s too hot?
Well, apparently some studies have shown that a prolonged period of intense heat can have an impact on our ability to think. It can also impact on mood changes, something that most of us are very familiar with when it comes to feeling irritable on a hot, sunny day. At least we know we’re not on our own!
