Busy bees at ÁbacoClub
Our club members have had new opportunities to get together, not only for relaxation but also to find out more about staying safe and how to help out in case of an accident or health issue. At Hospital Quiron in Torrevieja, we were given practical guidance on what to do if cardio pulmonary resuscitation is needed. A little more relaxing was our trip to Novelda at the beginning of June. Why that bottle top just won’t budge
With plastic bottles still the most popular way of drinking water in Spain it’s no wonder that they are attempting to find ways of making it more environmentally friendly. The latest is through attaching the top of the bottle so that it cannot be dislodged and must be recycled along with the rest:
