Deadline approaching for non-resident tax
If you are a non-resident Spanish property owner then you must make an annual tax declaration to the Spanish Tax Authority by the 31st December.
The tax form, modelo 210, can be completed directly or you can use a tax representative to do the job for you. Either way, it is important that you present your declaration before this date to avoid fines and bank embargoes. We explain in more detail what you need to pay, how and why:
Ábaco clients needn´t worry as we are already presenting your tax declarations as normal.

Want to learn Spanish? – some advice
It’s perhaps not proving as easy as you thought it would. Learning a foreign language is difficult and gets more difficult with age. Visit your very own Spanish galleon
The galleon ‘Andalucía’ will be docked in the fishing harbour in Torrevieja port until the 2nd November and you can take a look around between the hours of 10am and 7pm. It’s a replica of the genuine article but even so is pretty impressive and a very good photo opportunity. In better times the galleon can be hired out for parties and social events. You can pre-book your tickets on this link. |
