Now is the time when you should be paying your council tax or IBI if you have property in the Alicante region. Each region has a window in which this important council tax must be paid. With the housing market experiencing something of a boom at the moment it seems as though there are some imposters out there trying to get in on the act. These false friends are claiming to be legal advisors but are not properly qualified and are advertising services which, in some cases, are not even necessary.
