Good to hear that you are looking to Spain to buy. What you would count as a ‘good time’ very much depends on your personal circumstances. House prices are definitely low at the moment and you won’t have any trouble finding a bargain Spanish property at the moment. Estate agents are falling over themselves to sell them and you will be spoilt for choice. Some people suggest that the price of houses in Spain are still not at their lowest point. Perhaps they are not, but if you see the Spanish property bargain you’ve always wanted at a reduced price and have the funds available – there’s no time like the present!
